Our Beef
We rely on cutting edge DNA testing to determine which animals will have superior meat quality, marbling and tenderness. The cattle graze on lush native pastures and hay and are finished on a high protein ration.

Our Processing Facility
We provide custom Processing for .75 per hanging pound and a Harvest Fee of $60.
Cut and wrapped anyway you desire.
