Our Story…
Our lineage traces back to our great-great-great-great grandfather, who was granted 80 acres "out west" (now Illinois) for his service in the War of 1812. Today, our sesquicentennial farm in Avon, Illinois remains a cornerstone, where the majority of our cattle are raised. Additionally, our farm in Humansville, MO acts as a pioneering hub for our Prime Beef Program, utilizing cutting-edge technology for genetic testing and evaluation.
The essence of our Prime Beef Program is tailored to elevate your farm to table experience. Every aspect is meticulously crafted; from acquiring DNA samples of our cattle—be it heifers, bulls, calves, or steers—to verifying the tenderness and USDA quality grade of the beef. Through a synergy of compassionate care (our cattle are cherished members of our family), premium grasses and feeds, and insights gained from genetic analyses, we assure an unparalleled combination of flavor and tenderness.
